Mobile Application Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

The provider of the MevaSearch Mobile Application ("Application") is Igor Oprządek, operating under the WebOrbiton Team ecosystem (Bągart 14A, Poland).

2. Access and Subscription Requirements

MevaSearch is a premium, subscription-based search engine. To use the Application, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must have a registered MevaSearch account.
• You must hold an active subscription purchased through our authorized web billing processor (Polar.sh).
• Your device must meet the minimum system requirements (Android 10+ / API 29 or higher).

The Application acts as a dedicated secure client to access your existing MevaSearch premium account. Account creation and subscription management are handled exclusively via the MevaSearch website.

3. Application License

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Application. This license is strictly for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of MevaSearch Services.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Application or included software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application (including its underlying Kotlin architecture or NetKrypton security layers), unless laws prohibit these restrictions.
• Use the Application to generate automated, rapid-fire queries that overload our search infrastructure or external API providers (e.g., Brave Search, Mojeek).

4. App Features & Technologies

The Application includes specialized mobile features to enhance your search experience:

• NetKrypton Protection: A built-in security layer designed to detect and warn you about potential phishing domains or malicious websites in the search results.
• Voice Search: Converts spoken queries into text. This relies on your device's native voice recognition capabilities.
• Kids Mode: When enabled on your web account, the mobile app strictly enforces SafeSearch. Kids Mode cannot be bypassed in the Application without the account holder's password.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

The Application is built with a privacy-first philosophy. It contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, tracking modules, or hidden telemetry.

6. Service Availability and Updates

We are constantly updating and improving MevaSearch. We may automatically update the Application on your device once a new version or feature is available. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Application for business, security, or operational reasons (e.g., server maintenance with Hostinger or routing updates).

We do not guarantee that the Application, or any content within it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider (Igor Oprządek) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
