The provider of the MevaSearch Mobile Application ("Application") is Igor Oprządek, operating under the WebOrbiton Team ecosystem (Bągart 14A, Poland).
Important: These Mobile Terms of Use are a supplement to the main MevaSearch Terms of Service. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by both these Mobile Terms and our primary web platform Terms of Service.
MevaSearch is a premium, subscription-based search engine. To use the Application, you must meet the following criteria:
The Application acts as a dedicated secure client to access your existing MevaSearch premium account. Account creation and subscription management are handled exclusively via the MevaSearch website.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Application. This license is strictly for the purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of MevaSearch Services.

The Application is built with a privacy-first philosophy. It contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, tracking modules, or hidden telemetry.

We are constantly updating and improving MevaSearch. We may automatically update the Application on your device once a new version or feature is available. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Application for business, security, or operational reasons (e.g., server maintenance with Hostinger or routing updates).
We do not guarantee that the Application, or any content within it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider (Igor Oprządek) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
